Thomas W. Lewis – Is President and majority shareholder. He has been a CPA since 1971, has a Bachelors Degree with a major in accounting and a Masters Degree in taxation.  In addition, he is a Certified Business Valuation Analyst.  He does all planning and review of audits, business taxation and handles Internal Revenue Service matters.

Eric C. Haukkala – Is Vice President and minority shareholder. He is a seasoned CPA with over fifteen years of experience in public accounting and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelors Degree with a major in accounting from Michigan State University.

Patrick R. Lewis – Is CFO and minority shareholder. Patrick has worked in finance and accounting for over fifteen years and holds a degree in Accounting and is a CPA candidate. Patrick handles all internal Accounting, Marketing, Client relations and IT matters. He specializes in Small Business Consulting and can also assist in consumer credit repair. In his spare time, Patrick sits on the Hobey Baker Memorial Award Committee.

Andrea Brown– Ms. Brown has a BA in Accounting and is currently a CPA candidate. In addition, she has over seven years of work experience in both corporate and public accounting. Ms. Brown helps out in both our Non Profit practice area and in tax preparation for both individual and business clients. She works out of our Edina office.

John Coleman – Mr. Coleman has a BA in Accounting from the University of Saint Thomas. He is an experienced QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has experience in both private and public accounting. Mr. Coleman specializes in our Non Profit practice area, and in addition, helps out in tax preparation for both individual and business clients. He works out of our St Paul office.
